The Lodges at Aqua Mountain Resort

A special thanks to Mr. Jonathan 'Smiley' Kessler - he was kind enough to have us over for a tour of his new project - the Lodges at Aqua Mountain Resort. Basically, there are cabin sites available for purchase that will belong to the proposed resort & indoor water park. This is a really exciting addition to the amenties that our area offers. Imagine having a place to take your kids on a rainy day (or week) when you can't be outside.

The condominium style cabins will be used as vacation rental 'homes', operating much the same way that a hotel operates. Nightly rentals will be available, and owners can use their unit whenever they like and rent it out (if they choose) when they aren't in town for additional revenues. Seems like a great concept. You'll see from the photos, there are some incredible views from this Deep Creek Lake community. I imagine you'll have the best views around for the yearly Demolition Derby at the Garrett County Fair, as well as views of the water and Wisp Ski & Golf resort. I personally can't wait to try out some water slides!

If you are interested in more info about investing in this project, let me know and I can send the pricing lists, plats & floor plan info.
