The water tower of the former Kelly's Furniture Store that has been a part of the landscape in Loch Lynn for many decades came crashing to the ground on Saturday, as the structure had corroded to the point that it was too dangerous to leave it standing. Fortunately it did not fall on its own, but was purposely brought down by local contractor Jeremy Martin after it was deemed unsafe by town authorities.
